Students were given a guideline on how to identify websites needed for research and how to complete a bibliography for their project paper. Tuesday- Begin unit on Matter Voc--atom, element, compound, molecule, density,matter, weight, mass, buoyancy, volume, Wednesday Students will complete a Matter pre-test. Students will conduct an experiment on buoyancy Thursday Students will read about, discus types and identify matter around us. Text pp 112-115 follow-up questions p178-179 Friday Students will read about and create a model of the molecular forms of the 3 states of matter.
